Time must exist before matter can be created, and only an animate entity can conceive of space-time. Time must be a stabilized and uniform condition before matter can form, thus Monotheism is a Truth.
The Universe consists of space-time; which is functionally active and growing but remains stable. These combined characteristics are indicative of an animate entity only, thus Pantheism is a fact.
As a consequence, all mortals’ behaviours and attitudes become conspicuous by our Creator.
Reality is the dream of a Universal sentient being. Sensations of all mortals are merely light flashes within elongated fractal crystals, flowing in a white mist which is time itself; ensconced within a beige coloured and velvet textured Pearl, that is, a holographic Universe.
If all electrical particles were in different time zones – matter would not form, thus time is a controlled electromagnetic radiation (energy) E = mc2.

Cardiff researchers could herald a new era in fundamental physics

Cardiff University researchers who are part of a British-German team searching the depths of space to study gravitational waves, may have stumbled on one of the most important discoveries in physics according to an American physicist.
Craig Hogan, a physicist at Fermilab Centre for Particle Astrophysics in Illinois is convinced that he has found proof in the data of the gravitational wave detector GEO600 of a holographic Universe – and that his ideas could explain mysterious noise in the detector data that has not been explained so far.
The British-German team behind the GEO600, which includes scientists from the School of Physics and Astronomy s Gravitational Physics Group, will now carry out new experiments in the coming months to yield more evidence about Craig Hogan s assumptions. If proved correct, it could help in the quest to bring together quantum mechanics and Einstein s theory of gravity.
In order to test the theory of holographic noise, the frequency of GEO600 s maximum sensitivity will be shifted towards ever higher frequencies. The frequency of maximum sensitivity is the tone that the detector can hear best. It is normally adjusted to offer the best chance for hearing exploding stars or merging black holes.
Even if it turns out that the mysterious noise is the same at high frequencies as at the lower ones, this will not constitute proof for Hogan s hypothesis. It would, however, provide a strong motivation for further study. The sensitivity of GEO600 will then be significantly improved by using squeezed vacuum and by the installation of a mode filter in a new vacuum chamber. The technology of squeezed vacuum was particularly refined in Hannover and would be used in a gravitational wave detector for the first time.
Professor Jim Hough of Glasgow University, one of the pioneer developers of gravitational wave detectors, says: ‘Craig Hogan made a very interesting prediction. It may be the first of a number of unexpected possibilities to be investigated as gravitational wave detectors become more sensitive.’
Professor Bernard Schutz, Professor at the School of Physics and Astronomy, member of the Gravitational Physics Group at the School, and recently elected as an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society said: It would be truly remarkable if GEO600 is sensitive to the quantum nature of space and time. The only way to confirm that would be to carry out controlled experiments, the results of which can be solely attributed to holographic noise. Such an experiment would herald a new era in fundamental physics .
Professor Dr. Karsten Danzmann, director of the Hannover Albert-Einstein-Institute, said: We are very eager to find out what we can learn about the possible holographic noise over the course of the coming year. GEO600 is the only experiment in the world able to test this controversial theory at this time. Unlike the other large laser interferometers, GEO600 reacts particularly sensitively to lateral movement of the beam splitter because it is constructed using the principle of signal recycling. Normally this is inconvenient, but we need the signal recycling to compensate for the shorter arm lengths compared to other detectors. The holographic noise, however, produces exactly such a lateral signal and so the disadvantage becomes an advantage in this case. You could say that this has placed us in the very centre of a tornado in fundamental research!
Searching for the graininess of space
The smallest possible fraction of distance is called the Planck length by physicists. Its value is 1.6 x 10-35 m – this is impossible to measure by itself. The established physical theories cease to function at this scale. GEO600 scientists are testing a theory by US physicist Craig Hogan, who is convinced he can hear the noise of space quanta in the data of the gravitational wave detector GEO600. Hogan suggests that the mirrors in an interferometer wander relative to one another in very rapid steps of the tiny Planck amount, that accumulate during the time of a measurement into something as large as a gravitational wave would produce. Hogan and the GEO600 scientists are following up the question whether a certain noise signal in the data recorded by the detector can be traced back to the graininess of space and time.

In the past ten years, there has been an exponential melting of the ice
sheets and a noticeable disintegration of the ice shelves, owing to ‘global
warming’. The loss of mass from the underlying Tectonics Plates causes them
to ascend (iso-static rebound), and this results in an increase in the
intensification and frequency of global seismological activity. The seismic
data of the past ten years confirm this conjecture. Furthermore, the ice
shelves impede the flow of glaciers and ice sheets into to the oceans; and
when the ‘polar regions’ are subjected to unprecedented seismic upheavals,
these events will then cause the ice sheets and glaciers to be dislodged en
masse into the ocean. This occurrence will then instantly destabilize the
earth’s crust weight distribution (isostasy), and so precipitate a ‘crust
displacement’ (Mag. 12), that is, an axis change. The previous subterranean
extraction of fossil fuels and water will greatly exacerbate this impending
Apocalypse. Currently, the excessive amount of carbon and methane gasses in
the atmosphere is causing catastrophic weather conditions, globally – and
this situation will rapidly deteriorate into ‘a runaway climate’.

West Antarctic Warming Triggered By Warmer Sea Surface In Tropical Pacific

The Antarctic Peninsula has warmed rapidly for the last half-century or more, and recent studies have shown that an adjacent area, continental West Antarctica, has steadily warmed for at least 30 years, but scientists haven’t been sure why. New University of Washington research shows that rising sea surface temperatures in the area of the Pacific Ocean along the equator and near the International Date Line drive atmospheric circulation that has caused some of the largest shifts in Antarctic climate in recent decades.
The warmer water generates rising air that creates a large wave structure in the atmosphere called a Rossby wave train, which brings warmer temperatures to West Antarctica during winter and spring. Antarctica is somewhat isolated by the vast Southern Ocean, but the new results “show that it is still affected by climate changes elsewhere on the planet,” said Eric Steig, a UW professor of Earth and space sciences and director of the UW Quaternary Research Center.
Steig is the corresponding author of a paper documenting the findings that is being published April 10 in the journal Nature Geoscience. The lead author is Qinghua Ding, a postdoctoral researcher in the UW Quaternary Research Center. Co-authors are David Battisti, a UW atmospheric sciences professor, and Marcel Kuttel, a former UW postdoctoral researcher now working in Switzerland. The scientists used surface and satellite temperature observations to show a strong statistical connection between warmer temperatures in Antarctica, largely brought by westerly winds associated with high pressure over the Amundsen Sea adjacent to West Antarctica, and sea surface temperatures in the central tropical Pacific Ocean. They found a strong relationship between central Pacific sea-surface readings and Antarctic temperatures during winter months, June through August. Though not as pronounced, the effect also appeared in the spring months of September through November. The observed circulation changes are in the form of a series of high- and low-pressure cells that follow an arcing path from the tropical Pacific to West Antarctica. That is characteristic of a textbook Rossby wave train pattern, Ding said, and the same pattern is consistently produced in climate models, at least during winter. Using observed changes in tropical sea surface temperatures, the researchers found they could account for half to all of the observed winter temperature changes in West Antarctica, depending on which observations are used for comparison. “This is distinct from El Nino,” Steig said. That climate phenomenon, which affects weather patterns worldwide, primarily influences sea-surface temperatures farther east in the Pacific, nearer to South America. It can be, but isn’t always, associated with strong warming in the central Pacific. Steig noted that the influence of Rossby waves on West Antarctic climate is not a new idea, but this is the first time such waves have been shown to be associated with long-term changes in Antarctic temperature. The findings also could have implications for understanding the causes behind the thinning of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet, which contains about 10 percent of all the ice in Antarctica. Steig noted that the westerly winds created by the high pressure over the Amundsen Sea pushes cold water away from the edge of the ice sheet and out into the open ocean. It is then replaced by warmer water from deeper in the ocean, which is melting the seaward edge of the ice sheet from below.

Population control needs an ‘incentive component’, and that is where a ‘cashless’ and appropriately resourced socio-economic structure would be effective and practical in fulfilling this aim. Firstly, governments could reward or punish individuals if they observed or refused to comply with the population control regulations, secondly – rewarding females for the installation of removable clamps for tubule ligation, or for males a vasectomy. The fact is, there is currently no effective control in the socio-economic structures for the protection of the biosphere or anti-social activity, and this failing may result in the demise of this planet. Considering the fragile and sick state of earth’s ecology; I believe that a population limit of five hundred million for the planet should be achieved with Australia being curtailed to four million. Abstract
This thesis is about establishing a new environmentally-based economy within a one-world state. It suggests ways to replace the current socio-economic structures which create physical and social degradation and annihilation.
This new concept, which is a socio-eco/economic structure within a world governed by one government, provides an alternative viable socio-economic structure that is based on sustainable environmental practices and different, wise social standards and values. The aim is long-term harmony within Nature-imposed environmental limits.
This paper uncovers and resolves many of the inherent complexities and contradictions in the existing stewardship of the planet. It creates a simplified and egalitarian political and socio-eco/economic model for now and for the future.

The destined Truth of all intelligent species is to preserve Life, the universal environment and peace by means of reasoning. If we continue to ignore this Truth, we face the very real risk of extinction of all Life as we know it. The ruination of the Earth’s natural environment and its social decline are not intentional acts of vandalism or malice. They are a consequence of ignorance, arrogance and current flawed economic structures with their uncontrolled exchanges of funds and limited and/or misdirected government budgets.
I propose we create and name, a new world community Zoë world community (Zoë (Zor-ee) from Greek, life). This new world community is sharing and it cares for all Life, preserving and protecting the universal environment. The philosophical underpinnings of such a Zoë world community are supplying and sharing the available natural and man-made resources and services. This ensures that we both sustain and enhance the environment and all non-violent life. No mortal species can accurately predict the eventual consequences of a harmed environment or what effect the disappearance of entire plant and animal species has on the ecosystem as a whole.
A Zoë World Community Agenda and Laws
It follows that Zoë law be democratic and that the majority comprehend it. This law is always applied in any socio-economic, geo-political, ecological and physical life-threatening consideration. Prime examples are the manufacture of weapons; electronic war games; reading materials promoting violence; replicas and emblems of destruction (such as weaponry on flags and statues); and imitation weapons, which promote the ideology of war and violence as the norm, would be illegal.

An indirect unintentional example of life-threatening practices is the exhaust emissions from machinery using fossil fuels. The only option for survival in the future is to curtail ‘freedoms’, ‘rights’ and practices which are life-threatening.
Only the exclusive use of an electronic transfer of funds, or legitimate barter, would be permissible.
The focus must be solely on the use of renewable (e.g. solar, wind or thermal) or clean energies and all manufactured items need to be made from 100 % recyclable materials.
In addition, the inequitable allocation of goods and services globally, can not be tolerated because this brings about confrontation. All persons of working age and not in any way physically or mentally impaired will be required to participate in beneficial employment for the community.
Infractions of the common law, individual and children’s rights, animal rights, as well as citizens’ privacy, the corruption of the judiciary are examples of life-threatening influences. On the positive side, life-enhancing examples include the disclosure of all knowledge and technology that is beneficial to life and the environment, such as the abolition of patents as well as the revealing of industrial and military secrets and technology. This requires a simplified and global set of laws. Governments must ensure that genetic modification of plants and animals be tested over a long term.
Artificial intelligence in machinery and equipment such as computer and robots must be fail-safe to safeguard against harming people or the natural environment. The sciences and new technologies must operate within a framework of an agreed code of ethics that focuses on the Zoë philosophy as outlined above.
A dominant global language, Esperanto (the international artificial language based on words common to the chief European languages), the standardization of domestic and industrial equipment, private and public transport, building codes and standards as well as health practices, including the metric system of weights and measures must be adopted. For ease of operation, thought & voice activated domestic and industrial equipment and machinery should be developed.
The globalization and standardization of a world education system, from primary to tertiary level, needs to be established, so as to prevent unnecessary duplication in learning as well as allowing for a global recognition of trade and professional qualifications.
Population control must be high on the agenda. Many environmental scientists believe that the Earth can only indefinitely sustain a population of around 500 million or so. Ideally, cities should be no larger than 500,000. As an example, Perth in the 1960s had a population of around this figure. The city was a friendlier and safer place to live in with a real sense of community. Smaller cities have less social alienation and breakdown. A more confined city with a smaller population and one which does not have sprawling suburbs allowing for faster and less costly movement between home and work and therefore less stress. Where possible, local employment would be a priority, reducing environmental pollution.
The natural environment – land, sea and air – must be left in its pristine state to avoid and stop contamination, damage and the extinction of species.
Each person would be given a quota for material items like limited size of abodes, clothing and household items. Likewise, water and energy consumption needs according to the number of occupants in a house, would be set.
The fundamentals of an independently resourced United Nations Zoë government are to ensure long-term survival of the natural environment and all Life. Such a government would also ensure that legally binding uniform environmental laws were enforced to promote environmental sustainability, global disarmament, human and animal rights, civil and commercial law, socio-economic strategies and the fair allocation of goods and services.
Socio-economic and political structures must be pro-active in environmental conservation and sustainability, the upholding of justice, fairness, equality of opportunities and access to goods and services. These structures must be simple, transparent and pragmatic in function and be accountable to the community’s citizens. They must apply workable checks and balances and promote private commerce and reduce, as much as possible, the number of government employees. This socio-economic structure must provide for full employment as well as clean and safe work places and accommodation. In this new society, citizens forgo the freedom and rights to legally possess or use life-threatening practices. By contrast, strong emphasis is placed on cultural, educational, scientific, social and recreational pursuits.
If we will not devise some greater and more equitable systems, Armageddon will be at the door.
The problem basically, is theological and involves a spiritual recrudescence and improvement of human character that will synchronize with our almost matchless advances in science, art literature and all material culture developments of the past 2000 years. It must be the spirit if we are to save the flesh.

POLITICAL STRUCTURE OF A ZOE WORLD GOVERNMENT
The model of a Zoë government is as follows; it is a non-taxing democratic republic with constitutional laws. The central controlling structure is unicameral congress whose prime responsibilities are to provide law and order, a safe, clean and sustainable social and natural environment, effect workable economic strategies, ensure adequate humanitarian and social welfare needs.
Leaders of government and employers are required to attend leadership courses similar to those provided in the military and diplomatic colleges. Here, the fairest and proven methods of screening would be applied to assess students’ attitudes and aptitude, so as to eliminate undesirables.
A fixed four-year term, non-party congress consists of a chairperson (president) and district representatives elected exclusively by citizens. Due to an unlimited budget (refer trade criteria page 9), the need for the current adversarial structure becomes superfluous, the focus being on long-term investment/benefit instead of cost/benefit.
Members of congress would select the ministers for government and the validation of legislation by means of a secret ballot. A committee comprised of congress members would review all prospective legislation.
This promotes true conscience voting, thus negating the need for a party majority and influences of current party allegiances, spin-doctors and lobbyists. A national government would control laws, regulations and be sanctioned by the UN world authority. Existing powers of state, provincial and territorial governments would be relinquished to local governmental authorities because of their intimate awareness of their local habitat and communal needs.
Shared responsibility for legislation is when the bulk of the legislative proposals are formulated outside of congress by a people’s parliament and in the presence of any interested parties, congress committee members, community-controlled press, media and counsel from the arbitration advancement tribunals.
CITZENS’ PRIVACY
Knowledge would belong in the public, not private domain and it would be readily accessible to all, the only exceptions to ready accessibility being people’s private medical and financial records, social security and police records and so forth. Electronic data needs to have an independent backup system in case of system failure. This electronic data would be monitored by delegated citizens and would be time-limited and overseen by the judiciary.
FOREIGN & DOMESTIC POLICY
Foreign and domestic policy is such that it always provides humanitarian aid to any person in need. This is an essential component and demonstrates the commitment to creating a genuine egalitarian society. Civil protection would still be needed to safeguard against criminal activity, but would no longer focus on harming life or the destruction of property. This aim would be achieved by a global and simultaneous elimination of weapons and munitions. However, an important and necessary exception to the elimination of weapons and munitions would be anti-terrorism forces, which obviously require defense weapons and equipment. Unannounced inspectors with unfettered access would regularly and vigorously police the elimination of weapons and munitions.
This United Nations government would have jurisdiction over international courts for conflict resolutions and the maintenance of all rights, regulations and laws, as well as a police force that would be numerous in personnel and dispersed to counter extreme threats.
ECONOMY
General Introduction
Gaiaism is the environmentally-based socio-economic structure, named after the Greek and Hindu mythological goddess of Earth (Gaia). The government would supply and maintain all buildings and equipment. The workers, conditional on their responsibilities, qualifications and experience, would proportionately share all profits, so as to improve productivity and more equitable wealth distribution. All trading enterprises, like buying public transport tickets, would be facilitated by means of a mobile phone or global satellite phone network.
PREVENTATIVE EVIL
Preventative evil is the peaceful application of rationalism. It creates optimum conditions for life-enhancement and allows for the reduction of life-threatening influences in the social and physical realms.
THE RATIONALE FOR REPLACING THE CURRENT SOCIO-ECONOMIC STRUCTURES
Human experience has made it apparent that existing attitudes, laws and practices create the degradation of the environment and social discord.
The tenet of current socio-economic and political structures is to readily supply goods and services for the demands of the buyer, which can be socially or environmentally ill-considered. This creates insatiable cravings for consumption, while causing excessive work, and combined with the private ownership of property to then become the primary causes of greed, stress, fear and then – conflict. This situation destroys the community’s welfare, efficiency and homogeneity. In time, this leads to the contamination, depletion and destruction of natural resources like water, soil and the atmosphere (global warming), to the point at which the environment will no longer be able to sustain life.
However, there is a solution to all this chaos. Many of Earth’s citizens are ignorant of the delicate balance of Mother Nature and therefore, do not comprehend that natural sources are a finite and precious gift. To halt further damage to the Earth’s environment will necessitate the implementation of an environmentally based economy, communal ownership of natural resources and educating everyone about the dire state of our natural world. Such action will, in time, instill an ethic of teamwork as well as sharing and caring in all communities, which will avoid the thoughtless overuse and squandering of our finite natural resources.
Take only from nature what she can afford to give.
The rationale for substituting existing economic structures lies in their deficiencies. These are – the arbitrary exchange of funds which allows the uncontrolled purchase of harmful goods and services; the reliance on economic growth which has no regard for the health or sustainability of the natural environment; limited budgets which disadvantage people and natural environments. For example, from a global perspective, there is insufficient emphasis on safety, hygiene and the quality of workmanship of goods and services. Excessive materialism creates excessive waste, with its accompanying depletion and contamination of natural resources. The socio-eco/economic focus should be on readily supplying essential goods and services, while eliminating the unnecessary creation and duplication of goods and services. Global economic fluctuations are essentially caused by the confidence of traders and consumers, including, the issuance of currencies and credit by privately governed central banks etc. As a result, these socio-economic conditions create community exploitation with is concomitant fear and stress, culminating in social discord and cruelty. We therefore, have widespread poverty, unemployment, homelessness, hunger, child labour and slavery. Further social problems include crime, physical and psychological violence, inadequate care of the environment, inadequate access to education, health, shelter, food and clean water. It is inhumane and irrational to allow these conditions to exist, because it is in no person’s future best interest to allow the contamination or harm to the natural environment or allow for needless suffering. Ultimately, this leads to the annihilation of the natural environment and its inhabitants.

TRADE CRITERIA
All financial proposals to be considered by government need to comply with Zoë law. The legal requirements include that the proposal be beneficial to all Life and the natural environment. The proposal would not be hampered by a lack of funds, and it would be actioned as soon as practically possible. The proposal readily attracts the required fiat credits from the Cosmos Bank because the credits are present and intrinsically linked to the state of Nature’s health and the people’s contentment.
For example, a proposal would find ready approval to build and service a new hospital or school, or abode or edifice, provided their design were safe, environmentally sound and there were a frugal use of materials. It becomes more streamlined and simpler to do any of the above when there is no private ownership of property.
No fixed property insurance is required as there is no private ownership, only indemnification for personal authorized items such as – furniture, vehicles, art works and clothing.
Local communities within the one global community would be self-reliant in the provision of goods and services as far as practicable. This eliminates the need for excessive transportation and accompanying use of energy.
Zoë governments would incorporate and replace the existing treasuries with environmental-economic departments (eco-economics) and act as example to the community by practicing environmental conservation. In the transition period from the introduction
