“Moreover, that it is most solemnly and strictly commanded that we must be baptized or we cannot be saved…” —Martin Luther
Contrary to the Founding Father of the Protestant Reformation Martin Luther who understood that baptism is NOT the cause of our salvation but that God chose to save through baptism. Salvation is given in baptism, though not because of faith. God is the cause of our salvation, it is not man’s faith or baptism on its own.
We are glad that our baptisms are as meaningless and purposeless as our lives are suppose to be as truly baptism doesn’t save. We are thankful that God has gifted us in this last generation of the End Times with the Greatest Living Teacher of the True Word of God—our very own Protestant Pope of The Truth War—John MacArthur (PBUH) who has come around to correct through Sola Scriptura the Protestant Reformation’s fore-father Martin Luther—the very founder of Sola Scriptura himself 500 years after the fact. Quote:
Faith and repentance are not easy. Submission contradicts the natural disposition of the human heart. And the transforming and sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit is often uncomfortable and difficult.
Salvation would be so much more inviting and enticing to our human understanding if it didn’t require humility, repentance, and the transformation of your entire being. Why can’t it simply be the product of a one-time activity?
For those looking to bypass the difficulty and discomfort of salvation, 1 Peter 3:21 seemingly provides a shortcut in the form of this simple declaration: “Baptism now saves you.” This and a select few other verses are often used to promote “baptismal regeneration”–the view that teaches that one is saved (regenerated) though water baptism. …This interpretation is not true to the facts of Scripture. Throughout the book of Acts, forgiveness is linked to repentance, not baptism.

How dare Rick Warren and others state God has a wonderful plan for us!
My good friend J. Bublitz likes to remind us all that God has no purpose or plan for us after we are saved. I made this sign for him.

Thank God for truth warriors like Jim! Our Sovereign God needs all our protection we can give Him!

Proof
“There’s no case that can be made biblically for a woman preacher – period – paragraph – end of discussion.”—John MacArthur
Unless of course they partner with us in our anti-Charismatic; Cessationist and Purposeless Gospel of Reformed Cultural interpretations of the Bible:
Joni Eareckson Tada opened the second sessions of #StrangeFire with a duet with John MacArthur and a powerful testimony of her failed attempt to receive a miraculous healing at a Kathryn Kuhlman crusade. Joni explained how the Lord has worked consistently through her suffering to sanctify her, and how she wouldn’t trade that sanctifying work for any amount of walking. (See video: Here!)

More Proof* *-Sermon: A sermon is an oration or lecture by a preacher (who is usually a member of clergy). Sermons address a scriptural, theological, religious, or moral topic, usually expounding on a type of belief, law, or behavior within both past and present contexts. Elements of the sermon often include exposition, exhortation, and practical application. The act of delivering a sermon is called preaching.
A little leavening and a Slice of Laodicea later and a dose of Pyromaniacs added to the lump pointed this out to us:
Joni shared the struggle she’s had as her affliction has forced her to confront the corruption in her own heart. She has had cancer, she has severe chronic pain — just think about that for a moment — she has constant daily struggles. But in it, Joni has found a hope to hang on to that is very different than the focus of most prominent Charismatic leaders: Jesus, the Gospel, heaven. Joni shared that she and her husband Ken talk about pain being splashovers of Hell. Then what are splashovers of Heaven? Not happy days, they concluded, but finding Jesus in the splashovers of Hell.
In fact, one of the most poignant reflections Joni shared (in my words) was that a new, healthy body is not what she is most looking forward to about resurrection life. What she most looks forward to is the full healing of her heart, the final removal of its remaining corruptions and temptations. In other talks she has said that she plans to thank Jesus for her wheelchair, and for what He has taught her through it. It calls to mind Solzhenitsyn’s “Bless you, prison, for being my life.”
She noted that Jesus was never “about” healing; alluding to Mark 1, she noted that when healings threatened to take focus away from His preaching, He would move on.
The late Ken Silva of Apprising Ministries and his Christian Research Network noted that Joni was part of the Women of Faith Conference and that at another conference:
Ruth Haley Barton, a contemplative mystic, will be attending. At this conference— the Assembly of God “Believe” conference event in Orlando, Florida, August 5-9, 2013, along with Franklin Graham, Christine Caine of Hillsong, Australia, Judah Smith, and Joni Eareckson Tada, among many others.
All we have to say is why John why? Why slip into the emerging Emergent church apostasy that promotes such heretical things like God is love and God is for salvation?

We Discernmentalists believe in
Solo Scriptura as in only our interpretation of the Bible alone as only
our interpretation matters or counts for our beliefs are God’s as we follow:
Solo Scriptura. The whole Bible. Be real and stop your deception. Either follow the whole Bible or leave the Christian faith. I do not want a cut and paste faith. That is no faith at all.
However we being good Bible-Believing Conservatives and Internet Discernmentalists like our faith cut and paste as only we have license to practice a cut and paste faith using
Solo Scriptura such as:
- The Bible is clear: “Drink a little wine to settle thy stomach and greet each-other with a Holy kiss.”—never mind alcoholics and the drinking age being 21 nor pedophiles using the Holy kiss as an excuse to molest children—Paul said it that settles it. (Solo scriptura out of context the whole Bible)
- Or our support of capitalism and voting straight ticket Republican every election despite the Bible’s Clear Teaching that usury aka making profits is an abomination
- Or how we explain away the Bible’s Clear Teachings to turn the other cheek; lay down our weapons and study war no more
- Or how we disagree with the Clear Teaching and Plain Language in the Bible that Christ is Really Present in the wine and bread as we believe its only symbolic: “And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you…” (Notice it doesn’t say this is only a symbol of my body)
- Or how we believe God only loves the saved despite John 3:16 using the word κόσμος (which literally means universe) not ἐκλεκτός (Elect) nor ἐκκλησία (church/assembly)
- Or how we prefer to spank our children as punishment instead of the Bible’s Clear Teaching on stoning them
- Or how we believe in a Limited Atonement despite the Bible’s Clear Teaching: “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (Notice it doesn’t say takes away the sin of the Elect/saved/church only)
- Or how we explain away OT Laws by consigning those too HARD for us to follow as being part of a ceremonial law not a moral one despite the Bible never making any distinction between any OT Law: the Law is the Law period.
- Or how we believe life begins at conception even-though the Bible’s Clear Teaching Plainly teaches that life begins at first breath
- Or how we exhort our enemies to follow Romans 13 while celebrating our country whose very Founders disobeyed it by rebelling against the King of England
- Or how we believe in Premilennial Dispensationalism/Rapture teaching despite it being found nowhere in the Bible
- Or how we claim that baptism doesn’t have anything to do with salvation despite the Clear and Plain language of the Bible: “1 Peter 3:21- And baptism, which this prefigured, now saves you—not as a removal of dirt from the body, but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, ” (Solo scriptura out of context the whole Bible)
As you can see our Solo Scriptura is correct as we are inerrant—we like the parts of scripture we agree with and doesn’t disrupt our comfortable Conservative American lifestyle—and choose not to follow those that do. However everyone else else needs to follow the whole Bible or else leave the Paulican Biblian Discernmentalist Christian faith. (Solo scriptura out of context)

Rick Warren’s new Seeker-Driven All Purpose Machine of Doom
Truth War Digest- An Old Enemy Reemerges with a New Threat:
Recently our Rick Warren Threat level alarms were alerted to a new sinister Purpose-Driven Seeker plot by the sinfully-ecumenical purposeful pope of all things seeker-driven-ness against our Clear Teachings that life just like the church must be as purposeless and terrible as possible. Just listen to this hideously apostate and heretical quote: “Through his Word, God helps you to see life through a different perspective. Psalm 119:105 says, “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path” (NIV). God’s Word gives us direction in life; it shows us the path God wants us on.”—Rick Warren
Elsewhere Todd Friel (Wretched) [who only wishes he were half the discernmentalist as we are—otherwise he would have detected Warren’s new hideously apostate Seeker-Driven Purpose machine before we did] has discernmentalized:
Friel highlights comments made by Warren in a conversation between him and the Orange County Bishop Kevin Vann which he says were way too ‘ecumenical’ and lacked distinction between the two strands of the Christian faith.
“The Roman Catholic Church has led so many people away from truth,” says Friel. “We committed to pray for each other,” said Warren about his growing friendship with the Bishop. “I’m sorry, I wouldn’t ask a Roman Catholic to pray for me,” responds Friel. “Those prayers are not being heard especially if they are offered to a saint or to Mary.”
We know God doesn’t listen to the prayers of anyone unless they believe in our Doctrine first and that none of our Godly ministries have purposes nor are they seeker-driven. This is why we must call all our Truth Warriors to unite around our Doctrine and help us take a stand and put down and submerge Rick Warren’s new threat of a sinisterly sinfully-ecumenical (against our Clear Teachings against such) seeker-driven machine of purpose.

We at ODMafia used to think that the Eric Barger’s Take A Stand Ministries truly took a real stand. Just when we thought his great and mighty ministry would proclaim the TRUE purpose of the church (not like other Purpose Driven books)…he let us down.
Don’t believe us….try his purposeless driven link. Sadly this only goes to prove that ODMafia may be the only true bible believing truth proclaimer left on the internet.

Rick Warren plans to unleash Purpose Driven Baseball upon the world. Oh the sheer horror! We Know that like life baseball should be kept as Purposeless as humanly possible. John MacArthur teaches this essential Absolute Biblical Truth when he says:
People have to understand that salvation is not being delivered from bad feelings or the lack of self-esteem or and unimportant life or a purpose-less life or a less than fulfillment. Salvation is deliverance from the eternal wrath of God and everlasting Hell. You have got to get the message right. First of all as to the condition of the sinner and the remedy also in Christ.
We agree that the purpose driven life has no gospel in it as God doesn’t have a plan or purpose for your life. Todd Friel adds:
God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life. No, God does not love you and does not have a wonderful plan for your life. The only promises for the convert are trials, temptation and persecution. If that is how you define a wonderful life, fine. Otherwise we must command all men everywhere to repent and trust.
This is why we must take a stand in God’s Absolute Sovereign Wrath against Rick Warren’s hideous plans for Purpose Driven Baseball:

From CRN we find:
Published February 11th, 2008 by Editor in General News
One can almost smell the sulfur in the air. It’s disrespectful, it’s graphic, it’s gotta be loved by the emerging church. This quote tells you what you need to know: “Manga often focuses on action and epic. Much of the Bible, as a result, ends up on the cutting room floor, and what remains is darker.” Perfect foil for the “Christian” skepticism of the Emergent Church for sure.
The New York Times reports:
Ajinbayo Akinsiku wants the world to know Jesus Christ, just not the gentle, blue-eyed Christ of old Hollywood movies and illustrated Bibles.
Mr. Akinsiku says his Son of God is “a samurai stranger who’s come to town, in silhouette,” here to shake things up in a new, much-abridged version of the Bible rooted in manga, the Japanese form of graphic novels.
“We present things in a very brazen way,” said Mr. Akinsiku, who hopes to become an Anglican priest and who is the author of “The Manga Bible: From Genesis to Revelation.” “Christ is a hard guy, seeking revolution and revolt, a tough guy”…
——————————————————————————
Though Ken did a great job on this article, I felt lead as I listened the voice(s) in my head to add MORE decernmentalism to the editor’s thoughts.
Now all that was offered was this graphic so far and I will discern what is wrong with it.
If you look really close and imagine, Mary who is way to pretty, (God only works through ugly people!) is wearing a schoolgirl uniform under her robe that is way too short…
Also, the angel looks too much like Shane Claiborne. *
I might also point out that the nails were not that long!
The tomb did not look like the house Luke Skywalker grew up in!
Can’t you see how evil that all is!!!!!!
My fear is that someone might read it and get the wrong impression about the Gospel. They might think that Jesus was Japanese! Or worse start reading the Bible slowly, prayerfully and thoughtfully (see the evils of Lectio Divina). Who knows what communing with the Triune God might lead to… I mean Calvin never read a mystic in his life. People like Calvin would have never practiced or been influenced by those evil people like St. Bernard who taught things like “The whole object of contemplation is to make us better shepherds of souls.” God forbid that ever happens!
I. Todyaso
* This blog will be doing a rant article like Ken Silva’s soon. I was appalled at all the “facts” that Ken presented as to why Shane was so evil. Like being talked about in Christianity Today.
“A growing number of evangelicals—younger evangelicals in particular—are maturing the movement in another way. They are taking their newfound love affair with Christian tradition and the early church beyond the realm of books and talk and into their churches and Christian lives…
Among evangelicals, the trend has extended to retreats at Catholic monasteries, recovery of Celtic spirituality, and observance of the divine hours. Not surprisingly (given the biblical focus of evangelicals), the slow, meditative monastic prayer technique called the lectio divina has captivated many. (Online source)”
Did you notice all the evil junk that Shane is doing?
Not to mention that Ken points out why the “so-called spiritual disciplines” are so evil. If we are to have a truly plan-less and purposeless faith in Christ, who needs discipline!
More to come.
