No Unclean Things!

unclean.jpg

I am amazed how some flaunt grace as if it was “common”. How dare some indulge in so called freedoms, when in fact they are nothing but unclean sinners. Like Peter in Acts 10 and 11 declared, “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.” So I also declare this of myself.

I would never be found in places were sinners go, let alone let one in my church! The church is for the saved alone.

We must never let the Tare mix with the pure wheat. We need root them out as the apostates they are.

I hope that this will set your mind straight as we go into this most holy of days, Easter. I personally will be enjoying some great spiral ham my wife will be making. She makes the best spiral ham.

Who was I to think that I could oppose God.

Being gullible might be considered by some to be a sin. I’m not going to go there, but I will say that you need to eat more chicken!

Jesus loves the little children, and all who act like one. Thank God I don’t.

Now one must be careful as to how God’s Grace is applied. If my desires are His desires then I am right and God will let me do things like eat ham. But, say if I saw an emergent eating pork with a Muslim that is anathema! As a real Christian would never eat with a Muslim or other sinners!

Never be found where sinners are? Too bad Christ WENT to the sinners. Christ was in the presence of prostitutes, theifs, liers, etc. because He went TO them to save them. He went into their homes and spent time with them.

    Megan,

If you read closely Jesus did not just go to the homes of sinners, but also to the Religious Leaders and hung out with them. In fact the “sinners” you refer to stopped sinning when He was with them so they were not “sinners” for God cannot be in the presence of evil and sin is evil and Jesus was God. Now tell me how Jesus could be with sinners? Jesus never was with a prostitute as she was in the middle of prostitution, nor was Jesus in the midst of a liar unless He rebuked them as in the case of Satan himself. Ever though the thief on the cross was called as such was he picking Jesus’ robe as he one condemned and the other begged for forgiveness? Nope.

I really wonder at how you can be so serious when it is clear that we do such undeniably great research and becuase of OUR doctrine are never wrong.

This is the message you heard from the beginning,
